GROUPLA

# A production travel platform a real business runs on

Groupla plans premium group and family trips for the Indian market, and its whole platform was built on ProductOS. Customers browse destination packages and request custom trips; planners assemble versioned day-by-day itineraries the customer can diff and approve; payments run through Stripe in advance + final stages. Three role dashboards, travel documents, in-trip messaging, vendor management, a working business, not a demo.

## How it was built

- Built on ProductOS from ideation brief to production, full provenance in the repo
- Versioned itineraries with a customer-facing diff, approve and reject flow
- Three role dashboards: customer, planner, travel manager
- Stripe advance + full payments via webhooks; documents and messaging built in
- \~60 API routes on Prisma + Neon, iterated continuously since launch
