# An endurance-coaching platform with rings that earn the reel

Stride is coach Maya Okafor's squad dashboard, nine weeks out from the Valencia Marathon: twelve athletes with animated readiness rings that sweep in on load, HRV sparklines, planned-vs-actual load charts, a weekly session calendar, and alerts that cross-reference the actual dataset, when it flags Lena Voss's HRV down 18%, her trend data shows exactly 62→51.

## How it was built

- Spotify DESIGN.md dark-immersion system, volt accent deliberately shifted
- Animated SVG readiness rings with pathLength sweep + stagger
- All KPIs derived from the athlete dataset via reduce, nothing hardcoded
- ⌘K palette with jump-to-athlete, editable coach notes
- Deployed to Vercel from the productos-agents org
