On team plans, AI credits pool at the workspace level. This means all members share one credit balance. Admins can set budgets by product, department, or individual member, and decide which products may use Frontier models. Review Licenses do not consume AI capacity because reviewers cannot run agents. Included credits on paid plans roll over for one billing cycle. Purchased top-up credits follow the terms shown at purchase.Annual billing

Annual billing simplifies budgeting and includes two months compared with paying monthly for a full year.Adding and removing licenses
Adding a User or Collaborator License is prorated for the rest of your current billing term. Removing a license takes effect at your next renewal, so your team keeps access through what you already paid for. A paid license released mid-term stays available for reassignment to someone else for the remainder of that term. Reassignment is auditable, with a reasonable cooldown and concurrency and device controls to prevent credential sharing.Related pages
