The showcase at productos.dev/showcase is the public gallery of things actually built on ProductOS. Every entry is a case study: it documents the brief, the surface and pipeline used, the stack, and the shipped result, with a link to the live deployed site. Nothing in the showcase is a mockup; each project has a real URL you can visit.

What a case study contains

Each showcase entry documents:
  • The brief and summary. What the product is and what problem it solves.
  • The surface used. Which ProductOS surface built it (Build, Code, or Design) and a link to that surface.
  • The pipeline. The actual steps the build went through, from brief and design system to deployment.
  • The stack. The technologies in the shipped product (for example Next.js, Astro, Tailwind, Prisma, Neon Postgres).
  • Stats. Concrete numbers from the shipped product where they exist.
  • The live URL. The deployed site, typically on a *.product-os.app domain or the customer’s own domain.

Two kinds of entries

The showcase mixes two kinds of projects, and the distinction matters: Customer stories are labeled with a “Customer story” category chip. Showcase projects carry a neutral project-type chip instead.

Categories

Entries are typed by what they are, not by which surface built them. Categories across the showcase include web apps, web games, mobile apps, brand sites, hospitality sites, e-commerce stores, product launches, operations apps, analytics apps, coaching platforms, and community platforms. Customer stories add their own domain labels, such as travel platform, climate tech, education, robotics, automotive, and editorial. A hand-picked set of projects carries a Featured badge and sorts to the top of the page.

Showcase and templates

The template directory is derived from the showcase registry: every internal showcase project with a reusable template becomes a template you can open in Build, Design, or Code. The showcase is the proof; the template is the head start. If a showcase project catches your eye and it is not a customer story, there is a good chance you can start from it directly.

Why it exists

The showcase is the honest answer to “what does the output actually look like?” Rather than describing the pipeline in the abstract, each entry shows what a specific brief turned into: the design system it got, the features that shipped, and the site running today. If you are evaluating ProductOS, start there, then clone the closest template and see how far it gets you.
