Delete your ProductOS account
ProductOS is a product of One Infinity Labs, Inc. This page explains how to request deletion of your ProductOS account and the data associated with it.

How to request account deletion

Email us from the address on your account
Send your request to privacy@productos.dev with the subject line Account deletion request. Sending from the email address registered to the account lets us verify the request is yours.

Include the account email address
State the email address of the ProductOS account you want deleted. If you signed in with Google or GitHub, use the address associated with that provider. You do not need to include any other personal information.

We confirm and complete the deletion
We reply to confirm the request, then delete your account and associated data. We complete every request within 30 days of receiving it, and usually much sooner.
Deleting your account is permanent. Once the 30-day reversal window has passed, your projects and generated content cannot be recovered. Export anything you want to keep before you send the request.
Delete some of your data without deleting your account
You can delete individual projects at any time from inside ProductOS. Deleting a project removes its files, generated content and chat history, along with the sandbox environment it was running in.
To erase specific data without closing your account — for example a single workspace, your uploaded assets, or your chat history — email privacy@productos.dev describing what you want removed. The same 30-day response commitment applies.
What is deleted
- Account information — name, email address, password and authentication credentials
- Profile information and preferences
- Workspaces you own, and their members' access to them
- Projects, generated code, designs, PRDs, wiki content and chat history
- Uploaded files and assets
- Active sessions and connected sign-in providers (Google, GitHub)
What is kept, and for how long
A limited amount of data is retained after deletion, either because the law requires it or because it no longer identifies you.
Payment and transaction records
7 yearsRequired for tax, accounting and legal compliance. Retained by us and by our payment processor.
Usage logs
Up to 90 days, then anonymisedKept briefly for security and service analytics, then stripped of any link to you.
Your account record
30 days after deletionA short window in which deletion can be reversed if the request was made in error. Purged automatically afterwards.
