3.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After this period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Engage in unauthorized data collection or scraping
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services

ProductOS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 1Labs AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using ProductOS. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the Services.

AI-generated outputs created through ProductOS are licensed to you for your use, subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party licenses.

ProductOS may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before use.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODUCTOS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
