Ember
Land in the inbox, not in spam, email warmup that builds sender reputation on mailboxes you own
Ember connects a sender's own mailboxes over IMAP/SMTP and exchanges human-like warmup email across that fleet on a ramp schedule, opening, replying, marking important, and rescuing messages out of spam, so providers learn the sender is real before the first cold campaign. A launchable product end to end: a real warmup engine with AES-256-GCM-encrypted credentials and hard volume ceilings, honest placement reporting with a per-mailbox health score that is labeled an estimate, per-mailbox ramp controls, auth with required email verification, per-mailbox subscription billing, and a seeded public demo.
How it was built
- Deliverability product brief, ramp engine, placement reporting, guardrails, planned by the Coding Agent
- Quiet-precision DESIGN.md translated light-first: paper canvas, ink text, one ember accent
- Next.js app + Astro landing in one monorepo with a zero-env demo mode
- IMAP/SMTP warmup engine with encrypted credentials, jittered human-like cadence and spam rescue
- Auth, Polar per-mailbox billing, Neon and transactional email wired; deployed to Vercel
