Lumen Notes is AI clinical documentation for therapists: session audio or shorthand becomes a structured SOAP draft the clinician edits and signs, nothing files unsigned, and the model never diagnoses. Now a launchable product, not just a showcase: a Next.js app with auth, per-seat subscription billing, live transcription and AI drafting behind clinical guardrails, plus an SEO-first Astro marketing site with a full legal/compliance set, session list, evidence-linked note editor with SI/HI risk flags and sign-and-lock, client timelines, and practice settings, all in a calm clinical UI.
