Mainspring is the brand site for an AI-automation agency that designs, builds, and operates custom agents for operations teams, order-to-cash, prior-auth, support triage, reconciliation. A SEO-first Astro site in a Linear-style dark technical system: an AI-generated agent-network hero still over a hand-built 'Mainspring Atlas' product-console mockup whose run table shows the unhappy paths too (needs-review, escalated, failed), then services, a Map/Build/Operate process, three outcome-led case studies, engagement tiers, and an FAQ. Realistic invented brand, no lorem ipsum, no stock photography.

- Agency positioning + believable brand, services and stats defined from the brief
- Linear-style DESIGN.md adapted into Tailwind v4 @theme: near-black canvas, one lavender accent
- Static Astro build, sticky nav, image hero, hand-built Atlas console, services, work, pricing, FAQ
- Cinematic agent-network hero still generated by the AI media pipeline (no real trademarks)
- Deployed to Vercel from the productos-agents org with the ProductOS attribution set
