StudioFlow is a vertical CRM shaped like a photography business, not deals, but shoots, contracts, galleries and payments. Now a launchable product, not just a showcase: a Next.js app with auth, subscription billing, a 14-day no-card trial, one-click data export and a full legal set, behind an SEO-first Astro marketing site. A believable Portland studio is seeded end to end, an 18-card pipeline board across 7 stages, a busy booking calendar, proposal → signed contract → paid deposit, client records with lifetime value, and a cinematic PIN-gated gallery delivery page with imagery from the AI media pipeline.
