Vital is a coach in your pocket, not a spreadsheet: miss Tuesday's session and Wednesday's plan has already rebalanced the week; photo your lunch and macros adjust dinner. The first ProductOS mobile case study is a real Expo / React Native app, five tabs (Today rings + streak, conversational coach, photo-scan meal log, adaptive weekly plan, profile), a workout player detail flow, a weekly review where the coach proposes and the user approves, and a weekly-first paywall, seeded five weeks into a recomposition block and explorable live in the browser through its web export.
